Methods of Payment

• Conference Fee: 150,00€
• All registration fees must be paid via bank transfer to Media Congress before the deadline (31 May 2023).
• The official currency of the Congress is EUR (€). No other currency will be accepted. VAT is already included in the registration fee.
• Please do not forget to transfer your total registration fee, excluding the bank charges, and indicate Name and Surname of the participant in the Bank Transfer Description.
• Following the payment, receipt of the transaction must be sent to ca2023@mediacongress.it.
• Participation to the conference is considered final only once the registration fees have been paid. The number of participants is limited: once the number of paid registrations reaches the maximum number of participants, unpaid registrations will be cancelled.
• Registration fee includes:
  • Access to all sessions
  • Congress materials
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Coffee breaks & lunches
• A Social Dinner will be served on Thursday, 06 July at 20:30. Please note that the conference fee does not include this social event. Therefore, if you plan to attend the dinner, please make sure you select this extra when registering to the conference. Anyone wishing to attend the conference social dinner should register and pay before 15 April 2023.
