This Privacy Policy is made in compliance with article 13 of the GDPR 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, European regulation on the protection of personal data) and the general Provision of the Privacy Guarantor regarding cookies of 8 May 2014, no. 229.

Purpose and data processing

This section contains information relating to the management methods of the Institute of Biostructures and Bioimages of the CNR with reference to the processing of data of users of https://ca2023.ibb.cnr.it.

This information is provided only for the CNR IBB portal (ca2023.ibb.cnr.it) and not for other websites that may be reached by the user via links.

Some pages may request personal data: we inform you that failure to provide them may make it impossible to achieve the purposes to which the processing is connected.

Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that the processing of personal data carried out through https://ca2023.ibb.cnr.it relates exclusively to personal data acquired in relation to the achievement of the institutional purposes of the Organization, or in any case connected to the exercise of the tasks of public interest and the exercise of public powers to which it is called, including the purposes of scientific research and analysis for statistical, teaching and administrative purposes, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. e) and, in particular, in order to provide and improve the web services offered.

These personal data are processed in a lawful, correct, pertinent manner, limited to what is necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing, only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in any case in compliance with the principles indicated in art. 5 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

For the purposes indicated above for which consent is not required, the personal data provided may be made accessible to:

Employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as authorized data processors;
Third parties who carry out activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as data processors;
Employment centres, Inps, Inail and the National Labor Inspectorate for the activities of their respective competence (data of mandatory communications, art. 13 of Legislative Decree 150/2015);
Judicial, supervisory or audit authorities, administrations, national and foreign public entities and bodies. For the purposes for which informed consent is required (Article 9 of the Regulation), it must be made explicitly from time to time. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Rights of the interested parties

Interested parties have the right to ask the data controller for access to personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the treatment that concerns them or to oppose the treatment in accordance with the provisions of the art. 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679.

The interested party has the right to present his request to the Data Controller. Requests must be sent to: admin@ibb.cnr.it. The interested parties, if the conditions are met, are also recognized the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor as supervisory authority. Use of cookies
